Magma Armor is the tenth armor available in Star Warfare 2: Payback. It can be unlocked by finishing Stage 2 Heroic. It can be considered a high-tier armor with similar stats to Krypton Armor, but focused on explosives and melee attacks.
Wearing a full Magma suit will confer the Molten Fire set bonus, which increases Explosion and Melee DMG by 35%, Gold and EXP earned by 10%, and gives a usable ability, Eruption, that releases a lava wave that deals 1000% Energy DMG to ground enemies and heals teammates by 1000%. This ability has a cooldown of 90 seconds. The ability is somewhat reminiscent of the S.H.I.E.L.D. backpack ability from Alien Invasion.
Though not named alike, the TI-14 Firework RPG and Brand's Gift backpack can be considered parts of Magma armor, due to their similar designs.

Next armor: Harrier armor
PvE[]
This armor's bonuses and ability makes it look like it was built for PvE. The extra Explosion damage can be helpful when you are trying to clear out large crowds of aliens with RPGs, and the Melee damage can be helpful when attacking Mambulls with BloodSeeker. The 50% Gold bonus can help you grind more Gold from bosses in a short amount of time. It's ability, Eruption, releases a lava wave similar to S.H.I.E.L.D of Star Warfare: Alien Invasion. This wave can reheal teammates and can be used to deal extra damage to bosses.
PvP[]
Fighting As A Magma User[]
Magma Armor can be quite tricky to use in PvP, as it's low speed and health is a disadvantage when fighting other players. However, the bonus Melee damage can be useful when fighting against other sword users. It is recommended to use Brand's Gift and TI-14 Firework to boost the power of the RPG to its maximum potential. It's ability, Eruption, can be tricky to aim with since fast players can easily dodge the lava wave, but if you do hit, it it deals extreme damage. Use the lava wave when an enemy player is coming straight at you or standing still.
Fighting Against Magma Users[]
Fighting against Magma users can be difficult. A Magma user with Brand's Gift and TI-14 Firework can be deadly, as the rockets fired from the RPG can track players and release two other rockets after exploding. The Melee damage bonus from Molten Fire set bonus can make sword-wielding Magma users a threat. However, if you have a high-level BloodSeeker, you should be able to counter the Magma user. A Blade Storm (B B Y Y ) bonus gives the same bonus as Molten Fire, which can help counter the Magma user effectively when using BloodSeeker. A Cure (G B G Y) set-up can act as a second life when sword-fighting against Magma users. The Eruption lava wave is not too difficult to dodge, but can deal massive damage if you are slow or let your guard down.
